1.  Our entire family has been very pleased with the care our mother/grandmother/aunt/friend has received at Westhaven.  When we bring visitors they always comment on how bright and clean the facility is and everyone talks about the staff in the most positive way.  Thank you all.----Family Member of Resident.

3.  The staff is very friendly and seems to truly care for my mother.  They are very responsive to to any request and go out of their way to encourage mother to take part in Activities.  Mother really likes the dances and music offered.  I just can't say enough for the Director of Nursing and her staff.  She has been great in attending to Mother's health care. 7.  Some things I have noticed about this kind of facility quite often are odors, poor housekeeping, negative staff, shabby furnishing and over all depressing.  BUT NOT WESTHAVEN!!!  I congratulate you on your overall operation.  I can sleep at night knowing my sister is warm, safe and cared for.  I thank you for that.  I am so happy she is at Westhaven.---Family Member of Resident.
